- Prepare the brownie mix according to package instructions and pour half into the lined baking pan. Press half of the chopped Oreos into the batter.

- Beat the softened cream cheese until smooth, then add sugar, egg, and vanilla extract. Fold in sour cream until creamy.
- Pour the cheesecake mixture over the cooled brownie layer and bake for an additional 30–35 minutes until set.
- Let the bars cool at room temperature for about 30 minutes, then refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Heat chocolate chips and heavy whipping cream in a saucepan over medium heat until melted and smooth, about 3–5 minutes.
