- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cubed chicken breast, pineapple chunks, chopped red and green bell peppers, and diced red onion. Toss gently.
- Thread your ingredients onto the skewers, alternating pieces until filled.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together your barbecue sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Allow the kabobs to marinate for at least 15 minutes.
