  • 2 fillets Salmon fresh or frozen
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 2 tablespoons Sriracha adjust for spice preference
For the Base
  • 1 cup Rice pre-cooked recommended
  • 1 medium Avocado
For the Toppings
  • 1 cup Cucumber sliced
  • 1 cup Edamame cooked

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together honey and sriracha until thoroughly combined.
  2. Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the honey sriracha marinade over them.
  3. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a splash of oil. Cook the salmon fillets for about 4-5 minutes on each side.
  4. Prepare the rice as per package instructions if not using pre-cooked rice.
  5. To assemble, add warm rice to each bowl, then top with the cooked salmon, avocado, cucumber, and edamame.
  6. Drizzle remaining marinade over the bowls or sprinkle with sesame seeds for added flavor, if desired.
