Preparation Steps
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine dairy-free yogurt, peanut butter, vanilla protein powder, vanilla extract, and unsweetened chocolate chips. Mix thoroughly until smooth.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together oat flour, vanilla protein powder, dairy-free milk, maple syrup, and additional chocolate chips until thick and cookie dough-like.
  3. Layer 2 tablespoons of yogurt mixture into the bottom of cups followed by 1-2 tablespoons of cookie dough. Repeat until all mixtures are used.
  4. Place the cups in the freezer for at least 4 hours until fully set.
  5. Let the cups thaw at room temperature for 5-10 minutes before serving.
