Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Pound each chicken breast to about 1/2 inch thickness.
  3. Layer turkey slices and Swiss cheese on each chicken piece and roll tightly.
  4. Set up three shallow dishes with gluten-free flour, a mixture of eggs and milk, and gluten-free breadcrumbs.
  5. Coat each chicken roll in flour, then egg mixture, and finally breadcrumbs.
  6. Pan-fry the rolls in melted butter over medium heat for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  7. Bake the rolls in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  8. Melt butter in a saucepan, whisk in flour, add milk, and Swiss cheese until smooth for the sauce.
  9. Slice the rolls, drizzle with sauce, and serve.
