Step-by-Step Instructions for Gochujang Miso Chicken Thighs
  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together gochujang, miso paste, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger until all ingredients are well combined and smooth.
  2. Place the chicken thighs in a large resealable bag or a glass dish. Pour the prepared marinade over the chicken, ensuring each piece is generously coated. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  4. Grease a baking dish with cooking spray or a light coating of oil.
  5. Remove the chicken from the marinade and place them skin-side up in the prepared baking dish.
  6. Sprinkle salt and pepper over the chicken thighs.
  7. Transfer the dish to the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes.
