  1. Prepare the skewers by soaking wooden ones in water for about 30 minutes or ensure metal ones are clean.

  3. Assemble the skewers by threading the marinated chicken onto the skewers, leaving slight spaces between each piece.
  4. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat, about 375–400°F (190–200°C).
  5. Grill the skewers for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally until the chicken is cooked through and has grill marks.
