  • 1/2 cup Milk Almond milk can be used for dairy-free.
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1/2 cup Grated Mozzarella Cheese (optional) Omit for cheeseless option.

Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and gather all ingredients.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, grated Parmesan, breadcrumbs, parsley, garlic, beaten egg, oregano, salt, pepper, and milk. Mix gently until combined.
  3. Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape into small loaves (about 4 inches long).
  4. Lightly grease a baking sheet with olive oil and arrange the meatloaves on it.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and they are golden brown.
  6. In the last 5 minutes of baking, sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top of each meatloaf if desired.
  7. Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
