- Trim the tops and tails of the radishes, then slice them in half lengthwise. For larger radishes, cut them into quarters for uniformity. - In the same bowl, combine remaining olive oil, crushed garlic, kosher salt, and optional red pepper and parsley flakes. Stir thoroughly to blend the ingredients.
