- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Set your oven rack to the middle position.
- Melt 4 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet over medium heat and add minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant (about 1 minute), then add shrimp and cook until pink and opaque (3–5 minutes). Set aside to cool.
- Blend cream cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, and chopped herbs in a mixing bowl until smooth and creamy.
- Spread a thin layer of garlic butter sauce in a baking dish, then layer no-boil lasagna noodles, half of the shrimp and cheese mixture.
- Repeat layering with sauce, noodles, and the remaining shrimp and cheese mixture.
- Top with more garlic butter sauce, an additional layer of noodles, and a generous topping of mozzarella cheese.
- Bake uncovered for 30–35 minutes, until cheese is bubbly and golden brown. Add an extra 10–15 minutes if prepared ahead.
