- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease your baking dish.
- In a large skillet, melt 4 tablespoons of butter and sauté 4 minced garlic cloves for 1 minute until fragrant. Add 1 pound of shrimp and cook until pink, approximately 3-4 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, combine 8 ounces of cream cheese, 1 cup of grated Parmesan cheese, and chopped parsley. Blend until smooth.
- Spread a thin layer of leftover garlic butter sauce at the bottom of the greased baking dish.
- Layer lasagna noodles over the sauce, covering the entire surface.
- Distribute half of the shrimp over the noodles and add some of the cheese mixture on top.
- Continue layering with sauce, noodles, remaining shrimp, and cheese mixture. Finish with noodles and top with remaining garlic butter sauce.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the top.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until golden.
- Allow to cool for 10-15 minutes before slicing and serving, garnished with fresh parsley.
