  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese any melting cheese or dairy-free option works
  • 1/4 cup parsley fresh herbs are best

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease your baking dish.
  2. In a large skillet, melt 4 tablespoons of butter and sauté 4 minced garlic cloves for 1 minute until fragrant. Add 1 pound of shrimp and cook until pink, approximately 3-4 minutes.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine 8 ounces of cream cheese, 1 cup of grated Parmesan cheese, and chopped parsley. Blend until smooth.
  4. Spread a thin layer of leftover garlic butter sauce at the bottom of the greased baking dish.
  5. Layer lasagna noodles over the sauce, covering the entire surface.
  6. Distribute half of the shrimp over the noodles and add some of the cheese mixture on top.
  7. Continue layering with sauce, noodles, remaining shrimp, and cheese mixture. Finish with noodles and top with remaining garlic butter sauce.
  8. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the top.
  9. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until golden.
  10. Allow to cool for 10-15 minutes before slicing and serving, garnished with fresh parsley.

Notes
