  • 1 lb Ground Lamb
  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 medium Onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup Fresh Parsley
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Mint
  • 2 tsp Cumin
  • 2 tsp Allspice
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper
Optional Add-ins
  • 1 cup Chopped Bell Peppers
  • 1 cup Chopped Zucchini

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, combine ground lamb, ground beef, finely chopped onion, fresh parsley, fresh mint, cumin, allspice, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly for 2–3 minutes until sticky.
  2. Take small portions of the mixture and shape them into elongated patties or mold them around skewers.
  3. Place the shaped kebabs in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat at 400°F (200°C) and lightly oil the grates.
  5. Place the chilled kafta kebabs on the grill and cook for approximately 8-10 minutes, turning every 2-3 minutes.
  6. Remove from the grill and let the kebabs rest for a few minutes before serving.
