- In a large bowl, combine ground lamb, ground beef, finely chopped onion, fresh parsley, fresh mint, cumin, allspice, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly for 2–3 minutes until sticky.
- Take small portions of the mixture and shape them into elongated patties or mold them around skewers.
- Place the shaped kebabs in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat at 400°F (200°C) and lightly oil the grates.
- Place the chilled kafta kebabs on the grill and cook for approximately 8-10 minutes, turning every 2-3 minutes.
- Remove from the grill and let the kebabs rest for a few minutes before serving.
