  2. Marinate the Chicken: Coat chicken thighs in the marinade and let sit for at least 15 minutes.
  3. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) while the chicken marinates.
  4. Bake the Chicken: Line a baking sheet and place marinated chicken thighs on it. Bake for 25–30 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  5. Finish on the Grill (Optional): For extra char, transfer chicken to grill or broiler for 2 minutes per side.
