Step‑by‑Step Instructions

  2. Cook the chorizo in a large skillet over medium heat until browned, then add onion and bell pepper, cooking until softened.
  3. Spread hash browns in the bottom of the greased baking dish and season lightly.
  4. Layer the cooked chorizo and vegetable mixture over the hash browns evenly.
  5. Whisk together the eggs, milk, cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  6. Pour the egg mixture over the layers in the baking dish.
