Method
 

Preparation Steps

  3. Scoop and roll the mixture into 1-inch bite-sized balls, about 5-10 minutes.
  4. Freeze the balls for at least 30 minutes to maintain their shape.
  5. While freezing, melt the chocolate using a double boiler or microwave until smooth, about 5 minutes.
  6. Dip each frozen ball into the melted chocolate and place them back on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  7. Let the chocolate-coated balls cool at room temperature for 15-30 minutes until set.
