Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the chili powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Coat the chicken evenly with the mix and let marinate for 15 minutes.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken for about 5-7 minutes per side until browned and cooked through. Remove and let it rest before slicing.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic in melted butter until fragrant. Stir in heavy cream and allow to thicken for 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat.
  4. Boil water and cook ramen noodles according to package instructions, typically about 3-4 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  5. In the skillet, add sesame oil and sauté minced garlic for another minute. Pour in chicken broth and soy sauce, and let it simmer for 5-7 minutes. Stir in the creamy garlic sauce.
  6. Assemble bowls by placing ramen noodles in serving bowls, ladling the spicy broth over the noodles, topping with sliced chicken and drizzling with creamy garlic sauce.
