- Zest and juice one large orange into a mixing bowl. Blend in 2 tablespoons of maple syrup and ½ teaspoon of ground cinnamon until fully combined.
- Wash 1 cup of red seedless grapes and 1 cup of blackberries. Pat them dry gently and add them to the bowl with the dressing.
- Dice 2 sweet apples into bite-sized pieces just before adding them to the salad.
- Gently toss all the ingredients together using a spatula to evenly distribute the dressing.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to an hour before serving. Toss before serving to redistribute the dressing.
