Ingredients
  

Dressing
  • 1 large orange zested and juiced
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup can substitute with honey
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cinnamon to taste
Salad
  • 1 cup red seedless grapes washed
  • 1 cup blackberries washed
  • 2 cups chopped pecans fold in just before serving
  • 2 sweet apples such as Honeycrisp, Fuji, or Gala diced just before adding

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Zest and juice one large orange into a mixing bowl. Blend in 2 tablespoons of maple syrup and ½ teaspoon of ground cinnamon until fully combined.
  2. Wash 1 cup of red seedless grapes and 1 cup of blackberries. Pat them dry gently and add them to the bowl with the dressing.
  3. Dice 2 sweet apples into bite-sized pieces just before adding them to the salad.
  4. Gently toss all the ingredients together using a spatula to evenly distribute the dressing.
  5. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to an hour before serving. Toss before serving to redistribute the dressing.

Notes
