Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Start by boiling water in a kettle until it reaches a rolling boil. Steep the Earl Grey tea in the boiling water for about 4–5 minutes.
  2. Once cooled, pour the chilled ginger beer into a large serving pitcher, filling it halfway or more.
  3. Slowly pour the cooled Earl Grey tea into the pitcher with ginger beer and stir gently.
  4. Fill tall glasses with ice cubes and pour the mixture over until the glasses are about three-quarters full.
  5. Garnish each glass with lemon slices and a sprig of mint before serving.
  6. Serve immediately while bubbly and chilled for the best experience.
