Step‑by‑Step Instructions for Dynamite Roll
  1. Rinse sushi rice under cold water until clear, cook in rice cooker with water for about 20 minutes, let cool and season with rice vinegar.
  2. Chop imitation crab sticks, mix with Japanese mayonnaise in a bowl until coated.
  3. Lay bamboo mat on a flat surface, cover with plastic wrap, and gather all ingredients for rolling.
  4. Place nori shiny side down on sushi mat covering ⅔ of the mat.
  5. Wet hands, grab sushi rice, and spread over nori leaving about 1 inch at the top.
  6. Sprinkle sesame seeds over rice, layer crab mixture, avocado, cucumber, and tempura shrimp.
  7. Lift bamboo mat edge closest to you and roll ingredients tightly away, sealing edge with moisture.
  8. Slice roll into 8 pieces, drizzle with unagi sauce and spicy mayo before serving.
