Preparation Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine 1/4 cup of pink lemonade mix with 1/2 cup of heavy whipping cream. Whip on high for 3–5 minutes until stiff peaks form.
- Take two clear glasses and add 1 tablespoon of pink lemonade mix to each. Pour in 3/4 cup of cold water, stir until dissolved.
- Fill each glass with ice until approximately two-thirds full.
- Spoon the whipped pink lemonade mixture on top of the lemonade, creating a layered effect.
- Stir to enjoy, and serve immediately.

Notes
For the best texture, serve right after assembling. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days, but whipped cream may lose texture over time.
