  1. Prepare the peaches by peeling, pitting, and finely chopping them until you have approximately 4 cups.
  2. Combine prepared peaches with fresh lemon juice in a large saucepan.
  3. Gradually add sugar to the peach and lemon mixture, stirring until well combined.
