Step-by-Step Instructions for Strawberry Mousse
  1. Prepare the base by allowing the cream cheese or coconut cream to reach room temperature, about 15-20 minutes.
  2. While your cream base warms up, wash and remove the stems from the fresh strawberries. Blend them until fully pureed.
  3. In the same blender, add the pureed strawberries, room-temperature cream cheese (or coconut cream), yogurt, and powdered sugar. Blend until smooth.
  4. Transfer the mixture into serving dishes, cover, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
  5. Serve the mousse chilled, garnished with coconut whipped cream, fresh strawberry slices, or crushed cookies.
