  • 2 oz Cranberry Juice Sweet-tart base; can substitute with pomegranate juice.
  • 2 oz Aperol Signature bitter-sweetness; no direct substitute, but Campari is a stronger option.
  • 4 oz Prosecco Bubbles and fruity flavor; can use any dry sparkling wine.
  • 1 splash Club Soda Adds fizz; can be omitted or replaced with tonic water.
Garnish
  • 2 slices Fresh Orange Aromatic garnish; can use blood oranges.
  • handful Frozen Cranberries Decorative garnish for chill; fresh cranberries work too.
  • 1 sprig Fresh Rosemary Herbal notes; can substitute with mint.

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Chill your glass by filling it with ice for about 5 minutes.
  2. Remove ice, pour in 2 oz of cranberry juice, and add 2 oz of Aperol, stirring gently.
  3. Add 4 oz of Prosecco, followed by a splash of club soda.
  4. Garnish with fresh orange slices, frozen cranberries, and rosemary.
  5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
