For the Garnish
  • 1 pinch Coarse Sea Salt optional
  • 1 sprig Candied Rosemary

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare Rosemary Simple Syrup by combining 1 cup of water, 1 cup of white sugar, and fresh rosemary in a saucepan. Boil, then steep for 10 minutes and strain.
  2. In a cocktail shaker, combine 2 ounces of tequila, 2 ounces of coconut milk, 1 ounce of lime juice, 1 ounce of orange liqueur, and 1 ounce of rosemary simple syrup. Fill with ice.
  3. Shake vigorously for 15-30 seconds until chilled and frothy.
  4. Optionally rim the serving glass with coarse sea salt, fill with ice, and strain the cocktail into the glass.
  5. Garnish with a candied rosemary sprig to serve.
