  2. Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape each into a patty, about ½-inch thick. Make a slight indentation in each patty.

  4. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add olive oil. Once hot, add the patties to the skillet.
  5. Cook for 5–7 minutes on one side until golden brown, then flip and cook for another 5–7 minutes until cooked through.
