- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, spinach, cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until just combined.
- Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape each into a patty, about ½-inch thick. Make a slight indentation in each patty.
- Refrigerate the patties for about 15 minutes.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add olive oil. Once hot, add the patties to the skillet.
