Preparation

  2. Strain the mixture through a coffee filter to yield a smooth, rich cold brew.
  3. In a tall glass, pour 1 ½ cups of cold brew coffee. Add coffee liqueur and vanilla extract, then stir gently.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine heavy cream, mascarpone cheese, and sweetened condensed milk. Beat until thick yet pourable.
  5. Gently layer the tiramisu foam over the cold brew mixture in the glass.
  6. Dust cocoa powder over the foam and garnish with chocolate shavings if desired. Serve immediately.
