Preparation
- Start by brewing your cold brew coffee. Combine coarsely ground coffee with cold water and let it steep in the refrigerator for at least 12 hours.
- Strain the mixture through a coffee filter to yield a smooth, rich cold brew.
- In a tall glass, pour 1 ½ cups of cold brew coffee. Add coffee liqueur and vanilla extract, then stir gently.
- In a mixing bowl, combine heavy cream, mascarpone cheese, and sweetened condensed milk. Beat until thick yet pourable.
- Gently layer the tiramisu foam over the cold brew mixture in the glass.
- Dust cocoa powder over the foam and garnish with chocolate shavings if desired. Serve immediately.
