Step-by-Step Instructions for Taco Ranch Bites
- Preheat your oven to 350ºF (175ºC). Gather your equipment, including a large skillet and a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- In the skillet, add ground beef over medium heat, breaking it apart. Cook for about 5-7 minutes or until fully browned. Drain excess fat and let it cool.
- Return the skillet to heat and stir in taco seasoning and diced tomatoes and green chiles. Let the mixture simmer for about 5 minutes.
- In a medium bowl, mix the cooked beef mixture with shredded cheddar cheese and ranch dressing. Stir well until fully incorporated.
- Spoon the filling into phyllo tart shells, being careful not to overfill. If preparing in advance, freeze them now.
- Place the assembled Taco Ranch Bites onto a lined baking sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
