Step-by-Step Instructions

  3. Transfer the baking sheet to the freezer for at least 2 hours, until the bites are fully frozen.
  4. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine dark chocolate chips and coconut oil. Melt in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  5. Dip each frozen bite into the melted chocolate, allowing excess chocolate to drip off.
  6. Sprinkle flaky sea salt on top of each coated bite immediately.
  7. Return coated bites to the freezer for an additional 30 minutes, then store in an airtight container.
