Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, crumbled feta cheese, chopped parsley, red onion, minced garlic, lemon juice, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper. Gently mix with your hands until everything is evenly incorporated, being careful not to overmix.
  2. Divide the chicken mixture into four equal portions and shape each one into a round patty about half an inch thick.
  3. Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat, ensuring it reaches approximately 400°F (200°C). Lightly oil the surface to prevent sticking.
  4. Place the shaped patties on the preheated grill or skillet, cooking them for about 5–7 minutes on each side.
  5. While the patties are cooking, toast the whole wheat hamburger buns cut-side down on the grill for about 1-2 minutes.
  6. Once the patties are cooked and the buns toasted, assemble the burgers with a patty, fresh slices of tomato, and crispy lettuce.
  7. Generously top each burger with a dollop of creamy tzatziki sauce.
  8. Serve immediately, optionally with extra tzatziki sauce on the side.
