Preparation Steps
  1. Begin by greasing a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray or butter. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together 2 cups of milk, 8 eggs, 3 chopped green onions, 1 teaspoon of onion powder, and 1 teaspoon of salt until well combined.
  3. Layer the bottom of the baking dish with half of the Canadian bacon, followed by all of the toasted English muffins, then the remaining bacon on top. Pour the egg mixture over everything.
  4. Cover the casserole with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 8 hours, or ideally overnight.
  5. Uncover the casserole, sprinkle paprika over the top, cover with foil, and bake for 30 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
  6. In a small saucepan, combine 1 cup of milk and 1 packet of prepared Hollandaise mix with ¼ cup of butter over medium heat, whisking continuously until thickened.
  7. Once baked, allow the casserole to cool slightly before slicing it into 10 portions. Drizzle each piece with warm Hollandaise sauce.
