- Remove the husks and silk from the fresh corn, trim the ends, and cut each ear in half lengthwise to create corn ribs.
- Combine olive oil, sweet paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl and brush this mixture onto each corn rib.

- Plate the corn ribs, dollop with lime zest cream cheese, drizzle with Aleppo chili butter, and garnish with toasted pine nuts, green onions, and fresh coriander.
