Ingredients

For the Burger Patties
  • 1 lb Ground Chicken A lean, flavorful base that provides a healthy source of protein.
  • 1 medium White Onion Add moisture and flavor; grate and squeeze out excess moisture.
  • 3 Tbsp Frozen Butter Enhances juiciness; fresh butter works but won't retain moisture as effectively.
  • 2 cloves Garlic Fresh minced garlic deepens the flavor profile.
  • 1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce Offers umami and sweetness; optionally omit for a lighter taste.
  • 3 Tbsp Mayonnaise Adds creaminess; swap with Greek yogurt for a healthier twist.
  • 1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard Imparts a tangy flavor; yellow mustard is a handy substitute.
  • 1 Tbsp Lemon Zest Brightens the burger with a fresh citrus note.
  • 1 tsp Liquid Smoke For smoky flavor; optional.
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese Freshly grated for best results.
  • to taste Seasoning (kosher salt and black pepper) Essential for enhancing overall flavor.
