Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat for about 2 minutes until hot. Drizzle in sesame oil and let it shimmer.
  2. Add minced garlic and grated ginger to the pan. Sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Introduce sliced mushrooms, stir-fry for approximately 3-4 minutes until golden-brown.
  4. Toss in chopped bok choy, stir-fry for about 2 minutes until it wilts but retains color.
  5. Pour in soy sauce, gently toss all ingredients for about 1 minute to meld flavors.
  6. Remove from heat, transfer stir fry to a serving platter, sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve warm.
