  1. Combine flour, sea salt, and dry active yeast in a mixing bowl. Gradually stir in warm water until a shaggy dough forms. Cover and let rise for 24 hours.
  2. Preheat oven to 350°F. Bake prosciutto on a baking sheet for 15-20 minutes until crispy. Cool and pulse with pepitas in a food processor.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté sliced onions with brown sugar over medium heat for about 10 minutes. Add apple cider or pumpkin beer and cook until caramelized.
