- Start by boiling 2 cups of water in a medium saucepan. Remove from heat and add the cranberry jello powder, stirring vigorously until completely dissolved (about 2 minutes).
- Allow the jello to cool slightly for about 5 minutes, then gently pour in 1 cup of cold 7-Up, stirring slowly.
- Fold in 1 cup of whole cranberries and ½ cup of chopped pecans or walnuts, stirring until evenly distributed.
- Lightly grease a mold or bowl and pour in the jello mixture, smoothing the top with a spatula.
- Refrigerate for at least 3 hours, or until fully set.
- Invert the mold onto a serving platter to unmold or scoop out from the bowl to serve.
