- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9' x 13' baking pan lined with parchment paper.
- Melt the unsalted butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat, then whisk in the peanut butter and dark brown sugar until smooth.
- Incorporate eggs one at a time, whisking thoroughly until the mixture turns pale yellow.
- Add salt, flour, and baking powder, mixing gently to combine without overmixing.
- Fold in the white chocolate and peanut butter chips, then spread the batter into the prepared pan.
- Bake uncovered for 15 minutes, then cover with foil and bake for an additional 15 to 18 minutes until edges are lightly browned.
- Cool in the pan for about 20 minutes before lifting out and cutting into squares.
