- In a medium saucepan, combine 1 can of evaporated milk and 2 cups of whole milk. Place over medium heat and stir frequently, waiting for it to begin steaming, about 5–7 minutes.
- Remove from heat and immediately add 1 cup of white chocolate chips. Stir vigorously until the chips melt completely, creating a smooth texture, about 2–3 minutes.
- Gradually incorporate red food coloring, starting with one drop and stirring until desired shade is achieved, around 1–2 minutes.
- Pour into mugs and top with whipped cream and sprinkles if desired.
