Step-by-Step Instructions for Date Brownies
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a food processor, blend the pitted Medjool dates until they form a smooth paste.
  3. Add almond flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt to the date paste and blend until smooth.
  4. Melt the coconut oil and add it to the mixture, blend until fully incorporated.
  5. Pour the batter into the baking pan and spread it evenly with a spatula.
  6. Bake for about 30 minutes, checking doneness with a toothpick.
  7. Allow to cool in the pan for 10-15 minutes, then lift out using parchment and cut into squares.
