  1. Prepare the Slow Cooker by spraying the inside with non-stick spray.
  2. Make the Cheese Mixture by combining ricotta cheese, eggs, basil, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Start Layering with Marinara Sauce by spreading a thin layer at the bottom of the slow cooker.
  4. Add the Pasta Layer by sprinkling uncooked penne or ziti pasta over the marinara sauce.
  5. Spoon in the Ricotta Mixture over the pasta in dollops.
