- In a large mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour, baking powder, sweet potato puree, melted butter, spices, and grated cheese if using. Stir well and knead the dough by hand for 2-3 minutes until smooth. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Remove the dough from the refrigerator and let it sit for a few minutes. Divide into two equal portions and roll out each to about 1/8 inch thick.
