Preparation Steps
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season chicken breasts on both sides with salt and pepper.
- Prepare three shallow dishes: one with seasoned flour, one with whisked eggs, and one with panko breadcrumbs mixed with grated Parmesan and Italian seasoning.
- Dredge each chicken breast in flour, dip it into egg, and then coat with breadcrumbs.
