  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder or fresh minced garlic
  • to taste Salt

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine chopped fresh spinach, crumbled feta cheese, almond flour, and a large egg. Drizzle in olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until slightly crumbly but holds together.
  3. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions onto the baking sheet and flatten to about 1/4 inch thick.
  4. Bake for 15-18 minutes, looking for golden brown edges and a dry top.
  5. Allow to cool on the baking sheet for about 5 minutes before transferring to a serving platter.
