Step-by-Step Instructions

  2. Once cooked, let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing it into strips or bite-sized pieces.
  3. Lay a large tortilla flat, place the crispy chicken strips in the center, drizzle ranch dressing, sprinkle shredded cheese, and add lettuce and pickles.
  4. Fold the sides of the tortilla inward and roll it tightly from the bottom up to enclose the fillings.
