Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (218°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Toss the cauliflower florets lightly with oil spray until coated. Add flour and garlic powder, mixing thoroughly.
  3. Optionally, add breadcrumbs to the flour mixture for extra crunch.
  4. Arrange coated cauliflower in a single layer on the baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes.
  5. Combine buffalo sauce with melted butter in a separate bowl until well mixed.
  6. After baking, coat each floret in the buffalo sauce mixture and return to the baking tray.
  7. Bake for an additional 15 minutes.
  8. Broil for an additional 3-5 minutes for extra crispiness.
  9. Serve hot with ranch or blue cheese dressing and optional celery and carrot sticks.
