  1. Soak 6-8 rice paper sheets in warm water for 15-30 seconds until pliable but not soggy. Pat dry to remove excess moisture.
  2. Sprinkle desired seasonings over the damp rice paper sheets and press gently. Let them rest for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C) and arrange seasoned sheets in a single layer.
  4. Air fry for 4-6 minutes until golden brown and crispy, checking halfway.
  5. Cool on a wire rack, break into pieces, and serve immediately.
