  • 2 cups Cooked Chicken Shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 15 oz Ricotta Cheese Can substitute with cottage cheese
  • 2 cups Mozzarella Cheese Fresh mozzarella
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese Freshly grated
  • 2 cups Spinach Can substitute with other leafy greens
  • 2 cups Alfredo Sauce Store-bought or homemade
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced or crushed
Optional Flavors
  • 1 tbsp Italian Herbs Add to ricotta mixture for extra flavor
  • Sautéed Mushrooms Incorporate for an earthy touch

Method
 

Baking Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Boil salted water and cook lasagna noodles until al dente, about 8-10 minutes.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta, spinach, garlic, half mozzarella, and half Parmesan. Stir until creamy.
  4. In a greased baking dish, layer noodles, chicken, ricotta mixture, and Alfredo sauce. Continue layering and finish with noodles and remaining cheeses.
  5. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
  6. Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until cheese is bubbly. Broil for an extra minute if desired.
  7. Let the lasagna rest for 10 minutes before serving.
