Baking Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Boil salted water and cook lasagna noodles until al dente, about 8-10 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta, spinach, garlic, half mozzarella, and half Parmesan. Stir until creamy.
- In a greased baking dish, layer noodles, chicken, ricotta mixture, and Alfredo sauce. Continue layering and finish with noodles and remaining cheeses.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until cheese is bubbly. Broil for an extra minute if desired.
- Let the lasagna rest for 10 minutes before serving.
