Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Gather all your ingredients.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine your cooked white rice, shredded cooked chicken, cream of chicken soup, French onion soup, sour cream, shredded cheese, 1 cup of French fried onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir until well incorporated.
- Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish and pour the mixture into the prepared dish, spreading it evenly.
- Bake uncovered for 30 minutes until the edges are bubbly and the top is lightly golden.
- Remove from the oven, sprinkle the remaining ½ cup of French fried onions on top, and bake for an additional 5 minutes until golden brown.
- Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve hot.
