Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Gather all your ingredients.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine your cooked white rice, shredded cooked chicken, cream of chicken soup, French onion soup, sour cream, shredded cheese, 1 cup of French fried onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir until well incorporated.
  3. Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish and pour the mixture into the prepared dish, spreading it evenly.
  4. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes until the edges are bubbly and the top is lightly golden.
  5. Remove from the oven, sprinkle the remaining ½ cup of French fried onions on top, and bake for an additional 5 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve hot.
