Step-by-Step Instructions for Creamy Bean & Tomato Soup
  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add chopped garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  2. Stir in chopped yellow onion and sauté for around 3 minutes until soft and translucent.
  3. Sprinkle in ground cumin, ground coriander, and chili powder, cooking for an additional 30 seconds.
  4. Add black beans, fire-roasted tomatoes, and broth. Stir well and bring to a gentle boil.
