- In a medium saucepan, combine cranberries, maple syrup, orange zest and juice, and nutmeg. Bring to a gentle boil over medium heat, then reduce heat and let simmer for 6–10 minutes until cranberries burst and sauce thickens. Allow to cool.
- In a food processor, blend feta cheese, Greek yogurt, chili flakes, and olive oil until smooth and creamy, about 1–2 minutes.
- Spread whipped feta across the bottom of a serving bowl. Spoon cranberry compote on top and spread evenly.
- Sprinkle chopped pistachios over the cranberry layer and drizzle honey on top. Garnish with fresh thyme or rosemary if desired.
- Serve alongside crostini, crackers, or pita bread. Enjoy fresh, or prepare components ahead of time for convenience.
