- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat for 4-5 minutes until mostly browned. Add diced onion and cook for an additional 3 minutes, then add garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
- In the slow cooker, layer chopped potatoes, carrots, celery, kidney beans, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, and beef broth. Drizzle Worcestershire sauce on top, then sprinkle with spices.
